What is the typical age range of guests?

All guests must be at least 21 to attend. The age range for guests who have previously attended is 21-35.

I’ve never skied or snowboarded before. Can I still come?

Yes! Majority of our guests are either skiing or snowboarding for this first time. We strongly encourage you to sign up for lessons (through Breckenridge ski school) for first-timers.

Are snowboarders allowed to attend?

Yes! Snowboarders are always invited on our trips

I don’t have any friends to travel with. Can I come solo?

Yes! Most of our guests travel on their own and make new friends during the trip.

Can I come with a group of friends?

Yes! If you’re traveling with your group of friends, request each other for your roommate assignments.

How are roommates assigned?

Roommates are assigned based on your activity of interest (skiing or snowboarding) and your skill level. This way, you always have a buddy to ski, snowboard, or explore with.

Can I reserve a solo room so I do not have a roommate?

Yes! There are solo rooms available, but they are limited, so if you prefer a solo room, please reserve your spot ASAP.

Is this group LGBTQIA+ friendly?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on creating inclusive, welcoming spaces for people of all identities. Our team and community celebrate diversity across race, gender, sexuality, and background.

You will be respected, safe, and valued throughout the experience.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, or other special dietary options?

Yes, we can accommodate your dietary restrictions. Before every trip, we request dietary restrictions of each guests, so please make sure you complete the form when it is sent via email.

Which resort will the group be staying at?

To protect the privacy and safety of our guests and maintain the integrity of our booking process, we do not publicly disclose the resort name in advance. However, you can view photos and full details on our official booking page.

What is the accommodation style? Will we be staying in suites, rooms, houses, etc?

Our ski trips are hosted at ski resorts, so you can expect a hotel service. However, depending on the destination/resort, you may be in a suite (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen) or a hotel room. The specific room type description will be written directly on the reservation link.

How are roommates assigned?

Roommates are assigned based on your activity of interest (skiing or snowboarding) and your skill level. This way, you always have a buddy to ski, snowboard, or explore with.

I already have accommodation in Breckenridge. Can I still join the group and purchase a wristband to attend the activities?

At this time, we are not selling wristbands for activities. Only guests that purchase our travel package will be allowed to attend group activities.

What type of transportation will be provided? Is it to and from the airport?

Round-trip luxury charter transportation is provided to and from the airport. Additionally, the resort and surrounding city offer complimentary shuttle service from 7 AM to 12 AM daily, giving you convenient access to local restaurants and nearby areas.

I live in Colorado. Can I drive to the resort?

Yes! Colorado residents can either (1) meet us at the Denver airport to take the coach bus to Breckenridge OR (2) drive to the resort. Resort parking details will be shared with confirmed guests only.

What dates & times should we arrive and depart from Denver, CO?

You must arrive in Denver International Airport (DEN) before 12PM on the trip start date. Your flight must depart on  after 2 PM on the departure date. Exact dates for airport arrivals and departures will be emailed directly to all confirmed guests.

Will there be nightly activities or is it just the networking event?

There will be a full itinerary of events! Last year’s experience featured eight activities, including après-ski day parties, themed nightlife events, a movie night, group Olympics, game nights, and more.

What topics are discussed at the networking brunch panels & workshops?

Topics for the networking brunch vary year to year, however, previous topics have included Black Mental Health, Building Wealth through Real Estate, Launching & Building a Community-Based Brand, Building Your Personal Brand, Content Creation as a Career.

How can I sign up to be a speaker or panelist?

All confirm guests will be able to apply for a speaker or panelist position via email.

Are there additional snow sports or activities to participate in?

We offer snowmobiling and dogsledding as add-on activities, however, if you wish to participate in additional activities, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, transportation, fees, etc.

What is the deadline for adding the add-on activities to my trip itinerary?

The deadline is 1 month before the start of the trip. However, the spots for the add-ons are limited and tend to sell quickly, so we recommend you reserve your spot for your desired activity ASAP.

I already have accommodation in Breckenridge. Can I still join the group and purchase a wristband to attend the activities?

At this time, we are not selling wristbands for activities. Only guests that purchase our travel package will be allowed to attend group activities.

I can no longer make the trip. What is your refund policy?

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable regardless of reason for cancellation. If you have purchased travel insurance by your date of cancellation, you can file a claim through your travel insurance company in accordance to their policy.

I cannot make the trip, but I would like to transfer my spot to a friend or family member. How do I do this?

All payments and trip spots are non-transferrable. If you have purchased travel insurance by your date of cancellation, you can file a claim through your travel insurance company in accordance to their policy.

Is travel insurance required?

All guests are required to purchase travel insurance that includes winter sport coverage (skiing and snowboarding). We offer a recommended travel insurance policy, but guests are free to use the company of their choice. Your policy number will be recorded and kept on file in case of an emergency.

How is guest misconduct handled during the trip?

In the event of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of others, Ace & Après reserves the right to remove the offending guest from the trip without refund.
